Accounting Associate

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and manage vendor relationship and disbursement controls

  • Administer Procore software (construction) as it relates to project costs

  • Complete balance sheet and cost accounting reconciliations

  • Bank reconciliations, credit card processing, and customer billing

  • Support Controller with special ad hoc projects including financial statement reviews/audits, tax returns, Treasury filings, etc.

  • Light bookkeeping and document retention

As a member of the Administration team, the Accounting Associate will report to the Controller. This position will perform entry level accounting tasks that will lead to a well-rounded accounting role and an opportunity to advance within our high growth Company.

Candidate Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the basic qualifications and pass all required tests or assessments to receive consideration. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility form upon hire.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field

  • 2-4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

  • Skilled in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
